de6983e385 Track VulkanMemoryAllocator header in extern/ 
vk_mem_alloc.h was in extern/ but gitignored, causing macOS CI to fail
with 'vk_mem_alloc.h' file not found. Whitelist it alongside the other
vendored headers.
