Kelsi 5cc3d9645c Fix vendor buying and add quest turn-in flow ... CMSG_BUY_ITEM was missing the trailing uint8 bag field, causing the server to silently drop undersized packets. Add handlers for SMSG_QUESTGIVER_REQUEST_ITEMS and SMSG_QUESTGIVER_OFFER_REWARD with UI windows for quest completion and reward selection.		2026-02-06 21:50:15 -08:00
