Kelsi 43caf7b5e6 refactor: add Packet::writePackedGuid, remove redundant static methods ... Add writePackedGuid() to Packet class for read/write symmetry. Remove now-redundant UpdateObjectParser::readPackedGuid and MovementPacket::writePackedGuid static methods.
