Kelsi 68251b647d feat: add spell/quest/achievement hyperlink rendering in chat ... Extend chat renderTextWithLinks to handle |Hspell:, |Hquest:, and |Hachievement: link types in addition to |Hitem:. Spell links show a small icon and tooltip via renderSpellInfoTooltip; quest links open the quest log on click; achievement links show a tooltip.
