- Create ATTRIBUTION.md crediting WoWDev Wiki, TrinityCore, MaNGOS,
  and third-party libraries used
- Add WoWDev Wiki format specification links to file format parsers
  (ADT, BLP, DBC loaders)
- Add protocol documentation reference to opcodes.hpp
