Kelsi 5b9b8b59ba refactor: extract buildItemDef from 4 copy-pasted blocks in rebuildOnlineInventory ... The same 25-line block copying ~20 fields from itemInfoCache_ into ItemDef was duplicated for equipment, backpack, keyring, and bag slots.
