9f8a0907c4 feat: add spell stats to TBC and Turtle WoW DBC layouts
TBC 2.4.3: TBC added 7 fields after position 5 vs Classic 1.12, giving
a consistent +7 offset for all fields in the middle/upper range. Derive
CastingTimeIndex (22), PowerType (35), ManaCost (36), and RangeIndex (40)
from the verified Classic positions (15/28/29/33) using this offset.
This enables mana cost, cast time, and range display in the TBC spellbook.

Turtle WoW: Inherits Classic 1.12.1 Spell.dbc field layout. Add
CastingTimeIndex (15), PowerType (28), ManaCost (29), RangeIndex (33),
and SpellRange.MaxRange (2) matching Classic 1.12. Enables spell stat
display for Turtle WoW players.

Also update README: pet action bar (10 slots, icons, autocast tinting).

bae32c1823 Add FSR3 Generic API path and harden runtime diagnostics
- AmdFsr3Runtime now probes both the legacy ffxFsr3* API and the newer
  generic ffxCreateContext/ffxDispatch API; selects whichever the loaded
  runtime library exports (GenericApi takes priority fallback)
- Generic API path implements full upscale + frame-generation context
  creation, configure, dispatch, and destroy lifecycle
- dlopen error captured and surfaced in lastError_ on Linux so runtime
  initialization failures are actionable
- FSR3 runtime init failure log now includes path kind, error string,
  and loaded library path for easier debugging
- tools/generate_ffx_sdk_vk_permutations.sh added: auto-bootstraps
  missing VK permutation headers; DXC auto-downloaded on Linux/Windows
  MSYS2; macOS reads from PATH (CI installs via brew dxc)
- CMakeLists: add upscalers/include to probe include dirs, invoke
  permutation script before SDK build, scope FFX pragma/ODR warning
  suppressions to affected TUs, add runtime-copy dependency on wowee
- UI labels updated from "FSR2" → "FSR3" in settings, tuning panel,
  performance HUD, and combo boxes
- CI macOS job now installs dxc via Homebrew for permutation codegen

685736fa16 Fix macOS asset extraction auto-build and docs
- extract_assets.sh: detect Homebrew and pass CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH,
  OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR, and PKG_CONFIG_PATH when auto-building on macOS
  (bare cmake couldn't find Homebrew deps)
- README.md: fix macOS brew command that had comments after line
  continuations (breaks shell execution)
- BUILD_INSTRUCTIONS.md: expand macOS asset extraction section with
  auto-build note and expansion targets

f66b9eb154 Fix macOS build process and make shell scripts cross-platform
- Add vulkan-loader, vulkan-headers, shaderc to macOS CI brew install
- Add vulkan-loader and shaderc to macOS PKG_CONFIG_PATH
- Replace Linux-only `nproc` with portable fallback in build.sh,
  rebuild.sh, extract_assets.sh, and tools/backup_assets.sh
- Replace `ldconfig` StormLib check with portable detection
  (ldconfig, pkg-config, brew lib) in extract_assets.sh
- Update BUILD_INSTRUCTIONS.md macOS section with vulkan/shaderc
  packages and MoltenVK explanation
- Add macOS prerequisites to README.md

eb549a9b7a Fix Windows build process and add Windows asset extraction scripts
- Add missing MSYS2 packages to CI: vulkan-loader, vulkan-headers,
  shaderc, stormlib (both x86-64 and arm64), unicorn (arm64)
- Make vulkan-1.dll copy conditional via find_file (fixes MSYS2 builds)
- Use find_library for wininet/bz2 in asset_extract (graceful fallback)
- Add extract_assets.ps1 and extract_assets.bat for Windows users
- Expand BUILD_INSTRUCTIONS.md with MSYS2, vcpkg, and macOS sections
- Update README.md to reference Windows scripts and platforms

e29b67dad9 Update docs to reflect current project state
- Update README: date, Warden complete with Unicorn Engine, add trainers/nonbinary to features, add Unicorn Engine to deps
- Update status.md: date, mark quests/trainers/Warden as working, keep transports as in-progress
- Rewrite Warden docs (QUICK_REFERENCE and IMPLEMENTATION) to match actual implementation
- Remove dev-note docs (WARDEN_COMPLETE, WARDEN_MODULE_ARCHITECTURE) and stray .txt files
- Update ATTRIBUTION: add Unicorn Engine, miniaudio, AzerothCore

b8f1f15eb4 Fix CharSections.dbc field layout for classic/tbc/turtle expansions
The binary DBC files for all expansions use the same field ordering
(VariationIndex=4, ColorIndex=5, Texture1=6), but classic/tbc/turtle
dbc_layouts.json had swapped texture and variation/color fields, causing
all skin/face/hair/underwear lookups to fail. Also adds generalized
NxN texture scaling and a second video to README.

9bc8c5c85a Fix character texture compositing and add YouTube video to README
Use authoritative WoW Model Viewer atlas coordinates (256x256 reference)
for face, underwear, and body region placement. Previously all coordinates
were hardcoded at 512x512 scale causing overlays to be clipped on the
256x256 base skin. Also include face upper+lower textures from
CharSections.dbc in compositing for both player and other-player characters.
